On the camp that we went on, the few things that I am going to write are my favorite.
Battery Cars
The first activity we went on was the Battery cars it was fun and annoying. The views were amazing but when you went on a bump you would bump your head on the side of the car. It hurt. In the battery cars we went all over Yangzhou. We got to see all the hills and see how the villagers live.
Moon-Hill
When we went up Moon Hill we had a small race. I came third up Moon Hill but I had a back pain and a bad foot. When I got to the top the view was amazing and beautiful. It looked like you where surrounded by mountains. But Moon Hill was under the water once upon a time. You will see tiny caves and holes in the mountain.
River Li
On the second day we got to ride a ferry down the River Li. The river was fun because we got to go on the boat. When you were inside the ferry with your friends we played some games. The ferry ride took us to the fan factory. The ferry wasn’t a normal ferry for us. It was like a rectangle but with a little at the front.
Cormorant Fishing
At night we went cormorant fishing.It was mean how the men put a string around their necks so they couldn’t eat. It was also mean how they would kick them off the boat, and take them out of the water by the string that was tied around their necks. But it was fun. But it wasn’t so cruel they said they put a string around their necks to stop the birds eating because if they eat they will not fish. So at the end the fishermen will feed the birds
Guilin Caves
On the last day we were in Guilin. We went to a cave. In the cave, there were rocks shaped like characters that are in stories of China. We were told that if there is a rock that looks like it has grapes, it means that you are near an exit. The reason that they grow near an exit is because they can’t grow away from outside. The cars were interesting and I learnt quite a lot.

I went to the wetlands and it is a great place to go and look at different habitats and animals.
Some of the animals we saw were fiddler crabs, crocodiles, snakes and dragonflies. The crocodile was pretty big and it had spikes on its back. The fiddler crabs have one big claw and one small claw. The big claw is used for attracting lady crabs and fighting. The small claw is used for eating.The snakes were brown or green or grey. We saw a massive snake on the roof of the wetlands building.
THE MISSION
Samuel, Austin and Michael were walking to school talking about their social life. They wanted to know what it would be like to be secret agents. The boys were talking about school as well. It was their first day at Y6. They were very nervous.
Suddenly, some people jumped out of the bushes and kidnapped them to work undercover as agents. The agents stabbed them with a sleeping injection so the boys wouldn’t know where they were being taken. As they were being stabbed the boys noticed one of the men had a red scar on his face. When they came round they were in really nice rooms and they stepped out and found themselves in a secret agent place. The grounds of this base had lots of training facilities and obstacles.
One of the people guided them to a room where they met their boss and found out why they had been taken. They had been chosen to go on a mission. They had to plant a bomb in a warehouse and take a sample of the drugs and put the drug dealers in jail. When all that was done, the boys had to blow up the warehouse.
Before they went on this mission, the boys had to go through 2 months of training. In the training the boys had to climb up ropes, walls, buildings and trees. They were trained to do Karate and other martial arts. When the training was finished, they had to get in the warehouse.
When the boys got to the warehouse, stupidly, Samuel didn’t know about the traps and walked straight into rope lasso and up he flew in the air. A net fell onto the other 2 boys so all 3 boys got stuck inside the warehouse and were caught by the villains. The villains took the boys into a room with a metal door. The room looked dusty with cob webs everywhere. There was a table in the middle of the room. The boys had to escape from this room and Michael remembered a trick from all the times he had got in detention for sneaking out of a locked room. So, all that Austin and Michael had to do, was to pretend to have a fight then one of the drug dealers would came and then Samuel hidden behind the door, would whack the villain over the head with a Karate chop.
As soon as the villain was down, the boys run out of the room and got their equipment, planted the bomb under a pile of drugs, quickly took a sample and run back to the agency.
Michael remembered the man with the red scar. He saw him in the warehouse. He was the leader.
Next, they tested the drugs to find out if they were real and sent the police in to arrest the villains. When the villains were all in jail, the boys blew up the warehouse. Then their boss gave them a promotion.
By then the boss had sent a letter to the children’s parents to say that the boys were alright and not to worry about them.
The boys had to go to the agency’s secret agent special sool.
DB pirates is a rugby club for ages 14 and under. If you want to play rugby come to Discovery Bay Pirates. At the pirates we have a barby most of the time. Every year we do a pirates fun day. Pollution in Hong Kong is bad . We have light pollution and air pollution . So people including me live in a environment with golf carts. The golf carts are ran by petrol. If the golf carts are ran on electricity people will save air . Light pollution is bad you can barely see the stars but if Disneyland stops fireworks it will help allot.
To save the world we need to recycle objects. We can reuse paper so people don’t cut down so many trees. We can also save electricity by turning of lights and aircon in the day. We also can not eat shark soup so the sharks don’t become extinct because the sea population will grow.
